Which throttle cable to use for OBS with 5.3

I had the old 4.3 V6 tbi engine before I installed the 5.3 LS. The throttle cable is too short. Which one would you guys recommend using? Off which year and/or model?

I used the donor truck's cable('99 Silverado). Worked like a charm. Just had to enlarge the hole in the firewall to accept the plastic plug on the cable.

I did the same.

I used the one of a 98 silverado vortec 350 it slid right in place on my 93 also the cruise cable worked to off same truck.

I went to home depot and got some 1/16 steel cable (i think) and some end clamps and made my own.

Lokar universal worked for me
