Will F-Body Computer Control Anti-Lock Brakes?

Will my 2001 F-Body computer be able to control my 1996 GMC full-size truck anti-lock brakes? If not, how can I make them work again? Everyone i've asked says they don't know for sure, as this was a transitional year. :duh: Help! :duh: Thanks, Gar

I was told to keep my 97 computer for the brakes and run my 02 PCM seperately. If you find something out, let me know, I'd like to run only one computer. I haven't got that far yet.
