Ive fallen victim to the lifter issue in my truck. Its torn down and now obviously would like a minor upgrade. I'm going to use the LS6 lifters and turn off AFM. The engine code is LMG. My question is, can I use a mild LS6 cam in this engine and will I need different springs? I know I will need a 3 bolt sprocket but any other help would be greatly appreciated.
