I putting 243s on a lq4. If im not mistaken that will give me 11.4 to 1. How high can i push the cr on pump gas. I guess i want to know how much i can have milled. Im running a 222/226 eps cam

What's the highest pump gas in your area? 93? Also effects timing and boost. It's not exact science. Basically my ricer math says you are safe at 11.4, but getting close to the reasonable range for pump gas. Also need to be concerned with ptv when you start running bigger cams with milled heads. I think your math is off though I want to say normal 243s would leave you at 10.4:1. Static and dynamic come into play as well.
My mistake i think your right on the cr. Ill get together with my cam guy and see what i can do. Thanks
Static CR doesn't matter as much as dynamic CR does when being able to run a certain octane fuel.
