ya, it doesn't matter how many cores anymore these days, that one big ass core should be plenty,
i know with my Howe radiator, alumrad.com, it only has two cores, but they are 1" a piece, it's very nice, my 160 stat makes my truck run about 176 all the time and it never gets above 180, that's cause the fans come on,
hey, before you swap, get some numbers on the temps your run, like in traffic with ac on, with ac off, highway temp, stuff like that, we can use it later for mods that really work page, hehe, maybe your tranny temp will go down too, did it come with a trans cooler built in?

I have the stock 26-28" core with a modified stock thermo (BB drop in), well my temps still go back to hot as hell after a while. I dunno if it is because I have an air pocket or what. Like they will go to the middle of the stock gauge for a while then creep back up. I tried burping that bastard maybe 20 times so I just think this super hot Texas heat has killed the radiator.
