Headers and Plug Wires
Got a set of long tube have no clue on the name Tub 5 and 7 rape around each other and getting plug wires around them is a night mare. Keep burning them up. Anybody got any tricks on what to do. I could run a very wire on each of them and go under and over but will the longer wires on just two plugs cause issue with timing?

You could try a little longer wire and use a heat shield bootie where it's close to the header.

if i could get the pic to upload from this computer, i took a short piece of very thin aluminum strap, bent it and popped a couple holes in it. bolts on using the header bolts, goes over the tube and holds the plug wires back. also acts as a shield.

My speed daddy lts has 5&7 the same way. Raised coil 5 and ran longer wire and #7 just looped wire behind block and under hedder with 90degree boot.
