single or dual fuel line

i have an L33 engine that i am unsure if it is a single or dual fuel lines. There are two tan colored lines that run down the back of the engine and were cut about half way over the trans. One goes to the front top of.the intake near the throttle body and the other goes to the rail.

I assume it's a single and if it is, what does the other do?

The other one is just an evap line.
