stock axles?

How much power can our stock axles hold before they snap? Did a quick search but didn't find much.

been told 600, but pretty sure thats BS, i know itll hold bout 550.

So I have NO worries being that I'm a 5.3 with a 220/220 cam and 3600 stall. Cool.

They snap on 15 psi launch and take out your posi and gears. NA I would run them without thinking twice.

I snapped a 33spline one from a 14b. Broke right at the c-clip

After about a year at 11psi my g80 popped and took the gears and one axle shaft with it lol

My stock axles lasted thru numerous 200 shot launches and I cant count how many 100 shot launches, 2 g80s and theyre now on their secong true track, attched to an nos fed 6.0 in a different truck :thumb: youll e fine with cam and bolt ons.

If they go out get the Yukon axle's they are like 25% stronger and about the same price as the OEM units.
