Elactic fan conversion

Ok I've gotten my 93 z71 to 01 lm7/4l60e running great and getting pretty good gas milage but now it's time to start trying to make it as efficient as possible cause right now I'm burning around $110 in fuel each week. As of right now I have a trans problem no 4th gear shift so I'm driving it in drive 3 with lockup and am still managing to knock down 16.7mpg avg with no overdrive and running the speedlimit everywhere I go. I just scored a set of caddy sevile norstar twin 14.5" dia fans that are a perfect fit for my 34" radiator for only $30 at the local u pullit. Here's my question I've got the wiring diagrams, 2relays and pigtails, repined my PCM for electric fan control I use jet dst for my tuning so how do I turn on the PCM fan controls in the program? Is it just a couple checks on boxes or something else in the program to enable the fan controls?
