I'm swapping an '00 5.3 into a jeep. There is a small coolant line under the throttle body. Where does this need to go? I thought that people have run it into one of the heater hoses but I haven't seen any fittings that would allow that. Is it possible to just plug this one?
The hoses from the TB can be left unhooked. Just run the line from the driver's side of the throttle body, there is a steel hose the hooks to the heads on the front corners, to a tee in the heater hose. You should be able to get a tee at the local auto parts store for the 5/8 or 3/4 hose.
