What all comes in coincideration

what heads are you going to run? what springs?

Dual springs not sure witch brand yet and stock 243 heads

As long as you have the right length pushrods and right springs to accommodate for the high lift you should be fine.

I'm running .597/.598 on 243's milled .030. It depends on valve events, duration etc.
