05 6.0l mass air flow sensor, OEM or aftermarket??

Hey guys I have a lifted 05 cclb with the 6.0l. The motor is completely stock except for a KN intake and catback exhaust system, a few weeks back the truck was running/shifting very poorly, a buddy told me to clean the mass airflow sensor, and it worked great the truck has never ran so good! But yesterday it started doing the same thing again. I have read that the oiled k&n filters foul out mas, so I plan to buy a new filter and MAS, but should I buy another OEM Delphi, or one of the aftermarket MAS like JET performance that say they are for trucks with a CAI?? Anyone have experience, and pros and cons?? Thanks

Honestly, I'd try to not put so much oil on your K&N, Clean the MAF again and see how that works for ya. No point in spending $300+ on an after market MAF.
