Top bolt style means the bolt pattern on the bell housing has all the mounting holes for the Gen3+ engines. With the Gen1 bellhousing you end up holding it to the trans with only 4 bolts rather than 5. I've never had an issue with 4 bolts, they don't come loose.

. U mean 5 bolts instead of six. Cause u have 3 on drivers side and only two on pass side but not top one and not one more on pass side
