Injector scaling
Im trying to wrap my head around this I have the injector data for my bosch 850cc injectors. Im running e85 and was seeing high injectors duty cycles (101%) but they should be plenty big to feed 600hp. So I got to looking at my injector data again. Now initially they are scaled to 100%. I scaled them to 85% and used those values and I got a whole lot more fuel now. What should they be scaled to?

I'm not sure how you're tuning, but you'd think that, regardless of how you're tuning, weather it's ve, maf, ifr, multipliers, etc, ( i won't even begin to get into what's considered the correct way to tune) that as long as the end result meets your commanded a/f ratio, the duty cycle wouldn't change.
Sounds like it is tho.
As far as scaling the injectors, it's pretty easy. Determine the size of injector based on a set fuel pressure, and enter that data into the injector flow rate table.
You lost me when you said " Now initially they are scaled to 100%".

First column unscaled values, second column scaled values at 85%. Now my injectors are rated at 82#'s at 4 bar When I plug all that into the excel spreadsheet for scaling injectors my values come out to pretty much match the second column scaled. So the question is do I use the first column of values or the second?

well now I understand. FIC sent me the wrong info. So ive been messing around with this thing for a week with bad data..But its my fault for not calling sooner they helped me get everything straight.
