hey everyone!!
Hey guys and gals been snooping around for quite some time now and this site is by FAR the best place there is for everything ls! I have been wanting to swap out the 4.3l tbi crap box out of my 94 c1500 for some new age fuel injection. I just purchased a new rolling chassis to start a stock floor body drop and since I'm going this far I might as well ditch the motor and trans. I have narrowed it down to 3 engines; l33 5.3l, ls1, or lq 4/9, this will be my first attempt at a complete motor/trans swap so I am super pumped, But worried I have been trying to do my homewor on the swap but I know there will be sooooo many things I didn't think of, so if anyone has inputs on anything let me know, I obviously am trying to do this swap on a budget, but this project will be complete by June 2012, no matter what!! :-) I will be posting pics and info as I go,.and any info I can get from my new friends would be very much appreciated!! welcome, post up some pics of the project ride man, and go for the lq9 if you cant find one stick with a 6.0, youll be happier in the end.

its like a hard core crack addiction... I can't stop!!! Hahaha. It's almost "done" this swap is going to be the biggest part of the build and in my opinion what is going to make the truck! Thanks for the complement I appreciate it.
