Fuel smell through vents in cab

Hi,
I have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD with the 6.0 motor. I over filled one time a while ago and have been getting killed by fumes ever since. Tried only taking a half tank at a time but even that is good enough anymore. I really don't know where to start.
Do I change the charcoal cannister now??? Pictures would help too.
Please help - can take the gas smell inside truck anymore.

There shouldn't be any reason why filling your tank up caused the issue, unless you've modified it and somehow a line is retaining fuel.

What does your venting system for the engine consist of, due to the procharger?

For venting crankcase presure I pull off each valve cover and piped it to the suction side of blower. One side has a catchcan the other a filter and are both run independantly. I overfilled once and since that time the fumes have been killing me...... I think maybe gas wet the charcoal in the cannister??
Just don't know where to start.
Never modified the fuel system, just an MSD voltage booster and injectors.
I appreciate any and all help.

There won't be anything under the hood that will accumulate fuel, no canister of any type.
The rear has that evap/canister on the frame. I doubt that is full of fuel due to the hose routing, doesn't really allow it.
Even if it was, the evap solenoid up top should be going to the intake manifold to allow purge to happen, then recirculates into the engine.

Does the catch can or the other vented valve cover have an open filter on it?

Do you smell the fuel vapors during acceleration and at idle?

What I'm thinking is, the vapors from the valve cover filters are vented (if that's how you have it setup a pic would be nice) and allowing vapors to enter the cab.
The cowl is right there, so it'll suck all the vapor up and go right inside.
My avalanche did this.

What I did: Run both valve cover lines into a catch can with no filter, then the other side of the catch can into the air filter on the turbo.
The suction from the turbo filter aided in venting and sucked all that vapor in.
The catch can just acted like a "ditch" for the oil to fall in.

Could this be the issue?

Overfilling the tank, I just can't see how that would cause it. Cause the fuel is gonna keep pouring out of the filler neck, it can't really go anywhere else.

Can you place a pic on how you routed your fumes from the oil catch can?
I experience same thing at idle with AC on...

Could I take out the catch filter and replace with a ruler hose and routed it to the turbo air filter????

I will post pictures as soon as possible, weather here has been bad. What I did was route a hose from the driver side valve cover across the engine to an elite engineering catch can mounted on the passenger cylinder head and then it goes to the suction side of the procharger. The passenger valve cover also crosses over the engine and goes to a plastic enclosed paper filter also at the inlet of the procharger. I ran them seperately because when I used the catch can in tandem for both it caused presure in the motor and blew out my dipstick???? Confused the hell out of me and the guy from Elite Engineering who never called me back about the issue - guess no answer.
Maybe I should toss the plastic filter, could it be cracked or bad - I will have to check? but pressure to blow out the dipstick is crazy. Procharger said the way I routed the two covers is suggested..
I see 2boosted has the same issue.
I hope we can resolve it for both our sakes....

Here are the photos of the set up in my truck. I took them today at the track, a little dirty and I had to use the phone. The catchcan get vapor from drivers side then back across to the procharger and just pushed through a hole into the elbow of the procharger.
