No brake/reverse lights
Ok so i searched, didnt find any threads with the same issue, ive checked the fuses and the bulbs all good, the running lights and signals work, just no brake/reverse lights, honestly i could care less about reverse lights but no brake lights keeps my eyes peeled to the rearview. Any ideas.

Yea idk wtf it is, been having to make sure no ones behind me if i decide to turn off the highway, plus da 5 oh be hatin dawg

Not sure how the wiring is goin back to those but are the rear running light operational? If not maybe there's a bad connector after the cab. Have you checked voltage at the bulbs?

My son had the same type issue with his Olds Bravada...turned out it was the multifunction switch on the steering column (the one that runs the cruise and wipers)...go figure! He had no main brake lights (third light worked fine) and no reverse lights. But the tail lights would be lit when the headlights were on, and then go out when he stepped on the brake. Had the switch replaced and no problems since. Just a thought...

Uh, G, did you check the grounds? You seem to be forgetting to hook them up lately.
You're in OK, you don't need no brake or reverse lights!

Yes, first thing i checked hahah, yea i do with theses retard drivers.

Hey G, i had a similar issue on my old 98 after the swap, when i pressed my brake pedal the brake lights would go out and when my foot was off the pedal they appeared to be on. mine was a ground under the fuse block. hope this helps. Goodluck
