The Current truck I married into... :lol:
My Father-in-law bought this truck brand new in April of 2000. He gave it to my now wife when she turned 16.
It is now registered in my name, but has my wife's name on the license plate. :P We are sharing for the time being to save money.
It was 100% stock with no modification with the exception of a front tow package for towing behind a Motor Home.

That ^^^ was until I came around.
Has a drop-in K&N Filter (thank you Travis) and is custom tuned by me using HPtuners.
I added a new clarion head unit and infinity door speakers.

Has a 4.8L with a bad tick, its 2wd and has a little over 130k on the clock. (I have put about 15k on it in the 10 months)
Lots of future plans. :)

Well my garage just got a lot more German.... :lol: I am the proud new owner of a very used 2001 TDI Jetta. I have wanted one of these since high school and I am pretty excited about it. For the 150k that is on the clock it is in really good shape. Needs a couple small things, but nothing major which is nice. It was a Socal car so rust free. Its green with leather sunroof heated seats, and stock everything minus the Stereo which really bumps for just door speakers. It has a little body and paint issues normal for a 10 year old car. (Roof clear coat peeling, some right rear damage basically rubbed a pole or something, and a bent antenna) I need to replace the thermostat, cooling fan, and rear brake pads. Beyond that this thing is set for some nice long 40+mpg trips. I have seen some guys hit 50+ babying them so I have the goal to have one 50mpg tank at some point.
I will post pics tomorrow. Oh did I mention I paid way less than 5k for this thing? :D

Theres a truck that looks just like this but its red and is about to break some records, check out stewarts truck also, gray ext can stepside with an ls1 very clean truck, his username is txsilverado.
