I am getting tired of working on my truck. I am still waiting on my 1100cc injectors. I am on the verge of just scrapping the whole turbo kit in this truck and putting everything in either a 5.3 s-10 or a notch back. I am at the point I just want something that drives all the time and is kinda fun. I do plan on getting a S/C'd CTS-V some time next year. Cant decide what to do with the truck. What would yall do.
thats a pretty large injector, i dont blame you for wanting a different platform and having alot of downtime gets really old
o btw i was only at 83% percent with the injectors i have on E85
that makes 2 of us...but ima keep going...gonna get some cnc'd ls3s from WCCH/3600 circle D and 373s.....keep at it man,i know the frustration though,,,down time sucks
Well i am just waiting on them. I am thinking that my 370 and Pt88 in a notch or a s-10 would be a great Toy to have.

down time comes with the hobby man, i been down or should i say i only ran for like 6 days since last november, before manufactured parts failed and took out the heads ( head ) and piston .. i was running soooo damn good on a stock shortblock it makes me sick lol!! sometimes i wish i would just left well enough alone, that setup was very dependable and ran really great :) its my last go around the motor is back together and with alittle finishing up she should be running some time tomorrow!! for how long is a different story, the aint cheap and when it fails its heart breaking, which im sure you know..
but anyway back to your setup!! i see where ya coming from and it makes sense, are you only waiting on injectors? tuning is very important with a turbo setup, probably whats kept me from going that route, but i have been tossing it around about it next year, just cant justify the failure i went through with the 410 setup!!
hell just get rid of everything and go cts-v lol few mods and you'll have fun in luxury :)
Keep it and keep drudging on man I've driven my truck a totall of 8 months since 2007 so I know how it feels ane hell my truck is nothing at all special :lol:
Keep on, keeping on and just get a daily driver that...the CTS-V sounds like a good candidate for that so you can still have fun when you're not in your truck. :beerchug:

Ya that is true, think is I have 3 other things to driver other than the truck so thats not the issue and the truck would for sure be faster than the CTS-V when its finished.
