when i swapped to the tbss intake i caped off the EVAP purge solenoid line, now when i fill up with fuel the pump stops after 20$ unit i let the fumes out of the tank. now i know im not the only one who has taken off the purge solenoid and caped the line, how have you guys gotten around it?
Might mean vent valve. Purge valve applies vacuum to the system to suck the vapors through the canister before venting them (through the vent valve). Vent valve is commonly plugged with dirt and affects re-fueling, not the purge valve. If you plugged where the vent valve was, there is no doubt it will be tough to fill.

That's the purge valve. Shouldn't make a difference on fill up.
