Installing Trutrac with used Richmond Gears?

This weekend Im installing the USA Valuetrac and also bought a master install kit. My question is r there any tips for setting up used gear?.
The gears have never whinned or howled, the only noise it has which to me sounds like a bad bearing roar. Makes the same noise under accel and decel.

I looked at the wear pattern on the gears, its not centered toe to heel. Its more towards the toe and its not centered face to flank, more towards the face.

Will the gears make noise If I try to get the face to flank centered better?

And the install kit only came with one crush sleeve:ugh2:

is already out.

One thing I did when replacing spider gears, was to measures things assemble. Then when putting back together, trying to get those values.

If they are out, just try to aim for the worn sides, must be a brittle mark upon them !
