HD Mirror Question

New here with a quick question in regards to swapping HD tow mirror from 07-11 GM Truck to a 08 GMC Sierra. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and am looking for a few upgrades that I can do on leave. I have looked all over the internet and found different responses to this question. I have the small factory power windows not heated or turn signals and wish to swp them to the tow mirrors. Is there a replacement mirror that will allow me to maintain power function and upgrade to the tow mirrors? If this is possible do the mirrors also have turn signals in them? Being that my truck does not have them currently would my truck even be wired for the signals in the mirror if added or would this be a custom wiring job? Thank you
