My 2nd question is: my engine is a 1998 Trans Am 5.7 liter LS1 w a single fuel rail...does anyone know if Corvette (plastic) Top covers/valve covers will fit on this engine and if so, which year models do I look for and do I have to make any modifications? Any recommendations on a vendor to pick these up from?? This engine is in my 1968 Chevy truck w a power brake booster. Does this pose any clearance issues w these valve covers?

Just clarifying with you. Those are engine covers. Valve covers are on the top of the head, normally what the coils are mounted to.Quote:
