tricks to a good 60'
thought this would be a good start to a thread, list gears, tire psi, and what posi unit your using and brag your 60' times. See if we can find out who's got the magic combination for a good launch.
My best is 2.30 with 3.08 gears 30lbs and a open diff, not so good I know I hope this thread can give some good combo's to try out.

I've gone 2.1, but averaged 2.2 the last time I was at the track. 4.3 5speed, 3.23 w/G80, stock bald 245/70s. Launching at 3500 and slipping the clutch. My truck has changed a good bit since I've been to the track, so I have no idea what it'll do now. The NV3500 has a very low 1st gear, so if it hooks, it up and goes alright.

#1 is get a good gear and locker in there. That 3.08 is killing you. A stall and good tires is next. Then more power.
