I got to read the initial official intel report from this incident and it's not exactly how the news is saying it happened. There was no argument, and other details that the news is putting in, did not happen.

The news is almost never accurate. I bet that the dude just walked up on them and started shooting. He needs a slow painful death and a pig blood bath.
