sounds good bro
Sounds good man. I just picked up this cam to run in 5.3 along with some P/P Milled 243 heads and TBSS Intake until next fall when I get my LQ9 finished and ready to install.
How do you like the cam so far with the 2800 stall?
im pretty sure thats the same cam i got :) most of the 112 lsa cams sound pretty much the same to me
I'd love to hear that thing on the dyno
I have no regrets on cam choice or stall for my application. If I had a lighter truck and wasnt going to tow anything I would get a better stall. I have the 2800 from patc and it is virtually the same weight and dimentional size as stock. In your truck id recommend somthing more like a circle d 3000, or yank, somthing smaller in size and lighter. But as far as stall rpm I think 2800- 3000 is plenty for this cam. I think peak torque was around 4600 4800 and was really flat. Peak hp at 5800.
I have a dyno vid in my camera just havnt got it downloaded to the computer yet. Ill post it soon. Dont know how good the sound quality will be though, them bullits are LOUD and there is a metal wall about 4 feet behind the truck for the sound waves to bounce off of.
That's comedy, you would never expect that sound coming from that truck especially with a trailer hooked to it lol. I mean this in a good way of course.
Sweet sounds good
Hows the fuel eccomy with this setup LOL Im curious?
