Way bad ass!!! No traction at all even at half throttle and no where near full boost.
You start thinking this is great, then you start wanting Allen to get off of it. Props to Allen for driving the beast. I'm sure his insurance agent would crap and cancel him if he went for a ride
Thanks for the ride Allen.

So when ae you going to get yours?

Well, I have the block. My plan is to start with a 5.3 block, (same stroke as LS1, just smaller bore) bore to LS1 spec's, stock crank, forged rods, dished forged pistons, #317 6.0 heads, turbo cam, 50lb injectors, Walbro pump, GT-70, intercooled, 4l80e with 3200 stall. Plan is to run 14psi. Truck is a '92 GMC Sierra, reg cab, step side. If I follow through, I will have the same traction issues that Allen has.

I don't want to ride in it , I want to drive it  I bet that was a scary ride. Something with that much power , i want to be in control. Well try to control it anyway.

just think jerry...that thing wieghs half what we do with the same setup and we have some traction problems

Just wondering, does Allen have posi and drag radials? If he does and he still brakin traction then driving that thing in the rain has got to be a blast. He should find an empty parkin lot on a wet day and get jiggy with it.
-
I know with my heavy ass truck that rain + turbo = no traction. Don't even think about flooring it at 35-40, you'll wind up sideways.
-
yea... :bash:been there done that no more playin in tha rain for me. :nono: ..take it easy now

What is allen planning on doing about the traction problem?
