I let it idle and warm up for a min then it starts idling all choppy like it's got some nasty cam. Then you can really start to hear a leak. Then cylinder 2 or 4 shuts down and the leak sound goes away. I'm lost on this one.

This is what every plug in bank 1 looks like. It doesn't make sense.

once it warms up it goes into open loop and uses the 02 sensors to make adjustments to the a/f ratio...an exhaust leak could throw the 02 reading off and cause a rich condition
That makes sense but the leak is on bank 2. I swapped o2's from bank 1 to bank 2 hoping the code would follow the sensor. But no codes yet so I wonder if the sensor is just bad. An exhaust leak doesn't cause this many problems.
Those plugs look ugly. They should look a little more like this...

That's what bank 2 looks like. I think this goes farther than exhaust leaks. The last thing i did was re-seal the hot side and swap o2's from bank 1 to bank 2 so I could rule out p0151. I pit it back together and this happened.
After letting it warm up it shuts off cylinder 2 and the leak goes away. Weird.
The leak sound I should say.
What do you mean by it shuts off cylinder 2?
Bank 1 o2 was bad and the log is cracked.
