What do fullsize trucks go for at the scrap yards in San Antonio?

I've been working on this truck for a while and I'm a bit discouraged. I don't think it'll ever be fast enough to justify any time, effort, or money put into it. I'd like to see what I could get for it as scrap metal. It's a 1982 or 1984(can't remember) Chevy shortwheelbase truck. No bed, just frame, cab, frontend, 10bolt rear, 6L engine, trans, no torque converter or driveshaft. I'd say it weighs about 3800lbs and I could throw on some other crap to add weight. I asked around town, but nobody seems to know where to go or who to call. Like I said, I'm just wondering what the scrap value would be. If it's decent, I'll haul it over there to SA along with another truck I don't want.

At the scrap places in my town "Fort Wayne, IN" anywhere from $600-900 I would guess...I dont know about in Texas.

This truck just needs too much work and in the end I bet it'll be as slow or slower than my black truck I have in my sig. The frame is cracked and a little bent/warped, needs cab mounts, and just about every nut and bolt is missing. I just got another C10 identical to the black one and it doesn't need half as much work, so I'm going with it.
