Possible future of my truck.

Since I got my truck a few months ago ive looked and looked and researched for the direction of my build. Itll take me probably a year or a little better to be finish due to be being on a college student income lol. But this is what ive determined so. My truck is a 04 ecsb 5.3.

It is my dd and will be for a LONG time. Ill probably rarely see a track with it, but will go every once in a while. Although it is dd, I can tolerate slightly rough street manners. My goal is a fast street dd that can possibly run low 13s at the track. Will this get me there?

None of this is set in stone and I would GREATLY appreciate all thoughts/opinions/tweaks you all can give me. Im open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!
