IFS Axle Seal Replacement

Looks like my IFS is leaking from the drivers side end of the diff. Just looking for a little guidance in the replacement of this seal. The diff was completely rebuilt a year ago and I stay on top of the fluid level in it, just tired of seeing it wet there.

My question is once the cv is disconnected can I just pull the drivers side axle out then the seal and replace, or does the diff have to be taken out and disassembled to get this taken care of?

You just have to pull the axle out, diff does not need to come apart.
Take a punch and hammer to get the axle out.

X2, may need a slide hammer.
