As the title states, I'm looking for a dyno/street tuner in the Minneapolis area... I've come here for training for work and don't know the area whatsoever. I found a place called Hitech, but they want $650 for a dyno tune... I'd even go with someone local who has EFI Live/HPT... Thanks guys.
