nobody's gonna be able to guess a time without knowing year/body style, cab/bed config, 2 or 4wd, wheel/tire size/gears, etc.
just throwing numbers around, my best is 15.8.
that's a 4x4 RCSB - 5.3/5 spd, 31" tires/3.73s
spun a bit through 1st & had to double-clutch 2-3, so i reckon there's another .2-.3 more to be had
that's just with a CAI, catback, & black bear 93 tune
9s lol. what kind of truck?
heres my 5.3 history
stock, 15.6, 259 rwhp
nelson tune and cai 14.8- on street tires
cam boltons stall 13.7- on street tires, 341 rwhp
cam boltons stall heads tbss intake, 13.- drag radials HP UNK
i need a better 60' on motor. get a 3600 stall id hit 12s on motor.
oh and its a 2005 silverado 4170 lbs with me in it.
featherweight division
My bolt on Nelson tuned with an open diff, stock tires and 3.42s went 14.7
my gen 2 5.7 did a 13.5 stock lol so u should beat that
sry guys been out of town all day... but i have a 2004 ext cab with a 5.3 4x4. i have 20in rims on nitto 2/85 dune grapplers. i have shortie headers, cai, cat back exhaust, nelson's 9 tune, and vette servos.... what would she run? lol
ill guess 15.8 @ 84
then why the heck is mine so freakin slow? my 15.8 wasn't the best it could've been, but it sure wasn't bad.
