Another '79 6.0 Conversion

Just found this site. Lots of good stuff here so I'll try not to ask the same questions over again. I'm thinking about a 6.0 swap on a 79 Chevrolet 2wd pickup with manual transmission.

Any recommendations on a manual transmission and clutch? In a light pickup with over 400HP, I'm thinking a 5 speed should be good. Anyone have recommendations on a tranny? Tremac TKO-500 ratios seem about right. Richmond or NV3/4500? Guess I'm looking for the lower cost easiest suggestion.
