i have one..does your motor have the longer crank or the adapter plate...i know my friend tried putting a 5.3 flexplate on a 6.0 with the longer crank and it wouldnt workQuote:

I got it figured out, all 6.0l's have the same flat flexplate. The issue with the 5.3 FP is that you need to use the spacer behind the flexplate to support the converter, with the longer cranks of the early 6.0's that will not work, so I just ended up re-drilling the flex plate so all is dandy now:)
