2wd transmission and rear driveshaft. You can swap in 2wd front hubs if you want to eliminate the CV axles or just leave them in.
DO NOT just pull your front driveshaft, it will ruin the viscous coupler in the transfer case.
For what you are going to spend on the downgrade why not invest that on go fast goods for more "fun".
