i'm looking to do a cam and stall in the near future on the RST, i'm thinking im going with the TSP228R cam with PRC dual springs, 7.4 pushrods, TI retainers, ARP head bolts and a 3k-3200 circle d stall, my question is: is it necessary when i change the head bolts to completely pull the heads, replace the gaskets and have them decked, or if i remove all the bolts without removing the heads can i reinstall the ARP bolts and be done? truck has 44k miles on it. Just a question. thanks Guys.
I would ALWAYS recommend replacing the gaskets when replacing the headbolts. I know it is a pain in the butt, but it will be worth it when you don't find coolant in your oil :-D

No point in arps unless you are making serious horsepower. The first place to put them are the rod bolts.
i run ARP head bolts on both my motors. why use a tq to yeild??? just upgrade to an ARP head bolt for 50.00 more and tq them 1 time vs tq them, then turn them an additional 60-90*
