The truck has been runnin great for the last 2 1/2 weeks but now its time to work out the bugs. I got a few issues, maybe you guys can help me. If anyone has the diagram for plug that goes on the back of the guage cluster for a 02 TA that will solve everything.
1) Fuel gauge does not work, PPL coming from terminal 54 RED on the PCM has 5 volts for the gauge signal but I dont know where to hook it up to.
2) Tach is inoperable, White wire on the PCM 10 Red carries the signal but dont know where to hook it at.
3) Temperature, I dont even have a clue on this one.
Thats just a few of them. If anyone needs help with turn signals, stop lights, headlamps or the speedometer let me know cuz I got all mine working.

Are you putting the T/A guages in your truck or are you trying to wire your pcm into the factory guages?

I got your covered on the temp sensor question.
Get this part number: PN 12551708.
It's a three pin coolant temp sensor. Make sure the original two wires go to the pcm like they do now, then the third wire can go to your temp gauge. That's what i did with mine.
Ok, my turn.
This has a been a problem for many years now, lol. I'm just too lazy to fix it. When I have my brakes on my right blinker doesn't work. The brake light still works, but the blinker won't. When I don't have my foot on the brake, the blinker works, doh! I'm sure it makes ppl behind real happy, lol.
thanks,
allen

Allen, that sounds like a defective switch in the column. If I remember my circuit correctly, the brake light power goes from the foot switch, up into the column, through the turn signal switch, then back out the column to the tail lights. Did you check the ground at the back of the truck? The harness should be grounded somewhere near the driver side rear of the frame. The wiring circuit could have a faulty ground to the right side.
Good thing about your problem is that vehicle inspection stations don't check to see if your blinkers work while the brakes are applied.

Sounds like a bad column switch to me.

Yeah Im trying to incorporate the TA's gauge cluster they glow red and read all the way up to 155, its awesome! The speedo works but its off by like 5 MPH its ok though. So far I got the speedo, cluster light and turn indicators to work. Ill do the Tach sometime this week. But Ill look into that part number thanks Allen.
Oh I agree with the guys on your turn switch Allen, its probably time for a new one. Actually I got one on my old steering column it still works. I'll see how hard it is to pull off.
