Hybrid electric Rack and Pinion problem

So here is my new problem, have this hybrid truck that i use for all purposes including off road, so far so good until today that I heard this weird noise when steering either way. Check it to see the coopilot side boot torn, so water made to the system. Took the electric motor out and all this brownish dense liquid coming out of the R&P assembly. Just spend like 3 big wd40 cans cleaning it up, until nothing came out. then push some blue grease inside. The sound lower to half, but still there. No problems in steering, just the sound. I assume the bearings are dead. No one here have and idea of this or how to service.
