scan tool?

i've was wondering if nelson has a scan tool that i can send back and forth to him to get my tune as close as possibile with out going in for a live tune?

He should be able to email the tunes using hpt or the diablo, you won't have to send the actual tuner. unless I missunderstood your question

if you scan your tune send it to him, the way i understand is he can look at it and tune it better then send it back run it scan etc....
