2003 v8 conversion wiring ?

ok ive got my full harness for dbw computer all that. on my v6 truck where the cruise controll is there are wires that plug into it then run to another harness that hooks up to the power brakes then runs through the top of the fire wall and looks like it would plug into the wiper motor. i looked at a 03 model that already has the v8 and the plug for the cruise isnt there of coure because of the dbw. when i do my swap will i just leave the cruise plug disconected or does the wireing for this come in my harness that i bought.
