New leather seats
So i bought a set of seats out of a 02 and up silverado about i am putting them in my 99 silverado, how hard is this going to be, the scrap yard i got them out of cut the crap out of the wires how much work is re wiring going to be. thanks for the help.
Here are a few pictures of the seats. one of the frames ended up being bent in half so it took a little longer to get that fixed. I wish i had pictures of the repair job. it is a piece of aluminum shower curtin rail, flattened at one end with a hole drilled in it, at the other end is a duct tape hose clamp and sheet metal support so the seat wont collapse. words dont do it justice.

bolts right in, just hook up positive and ground for power seats... dummy proof if ya ask me
-
thanks man. do i need a special socket to get the bolts out. or will a standard socket work.
-
it should bolt right up or some slight modifications... some guy put gto seats on his NNBS . . w/out any problem
-
thank you. i hope they fit
-
It is best to use the special socket but I have used a 12 point SAE(not metric) socket in the past and it worked fine.

Dealer, or just got to Autozone or some where that sells handtools to do the job bro..

screw that, get a 15mm for the fron bolts and i think a 13mm for the rear bolts, comes right out!
