my 86 Silverado
well last summer i bought this truck as a daily beater and just because i always loved those style trucks. When i got her it had a camper top aluminum running boards bug shield and only 82k on the clock with a tired 305 and swaped inth350 3.42 gears front and rear. well now ive removed the old man running boards topper and bug shield repainted the rallys black and now has a freshly built 350 with a summit racing th350 trans and 2800 stall. motor is nothing crazy 350 bored .040 slightly dished piston(guy who built it was gona boost it) i used 53cc heads and got the compresson up to around 9:4.1 and put in a eglin cam 214/224 112lsa and some longtubes. the carb still needs some work it keeps loading up. here are some pics and a video.

Thanks! :) the only bad places on the body are the cab corners and where holes were drilled on the bed rails for the topper and where it had a drop in liner at one time. A friend from work is gona weld in my cab corners and i plan to weld up all of the holes in the bed rails as well to clean it up a little then do over rail spray in liner and tonue cover after its painted.
