Help me with cam plzzz.........

Ok the lowest was looking into getting another cam is 222/224........ no more than a 228/228. Really i'm looking for a tsp224r, anyone know of someone selling one or has something close that makes good proven power.

I had someone mention to me if i run spray which i'm planning on it within the next couple of months, to stay around 114Lsa.......... True?
