Anything Missing?

I was wondering if anyone knew how this unit mounted to the motor.
Is there a peice missing?

Yeah, there is obviously a bracket of some sort missing...

I know it is hard to see but there is another bracket underneith the idler bracket. The charger just bolts to the front of the hea right?

That is what I would presume...
