Lift and Fitment

This is what I know fits from my own experiences and will leave you without rubbing the tires. Very minimal if you do.

99-07 1/2 1500 4wd

2'' Leveling Kit
-285/75/16 (33's) on stock wheels

3'' Body Lift
-285/75/16 (33's) on stock wheels or up to 8'' wide with slight T-bar crank

4'' Suspension Lift
-285/75/16 (33's) on stock wheels or up to 8'' wide

6'' Suspension Lift
-315/75/16 (35's) up to wheels 8'' wide

6'' Suspension Lift w/ 3'' Body Lift
-315/75/16 (35's) up to wheels 10'' wide
-37's on wheels up to 8'' wide

I got 9" wheels on a 6 inch lift. Its all in the back spacing and on which lift you get.

I agree 110% i've seen my truck with 6' lift and 315/75/16 on 10" wheels with no problems at all. Which is what im about to run, but thats just my :twocents:

Most lift do require a certain amount of back spacing, but with an inch we're talking a little more cranking or a small amount of trimming to gain the needed clearance.

I run 37 13.5's on a 10" wide wheel with a 6" and 3" BL, they just needed a bit of cranking to clear and the normal lower valance trimming....

offset is the main thing. And what brand tires...some 37's only run 36ish

Good comments guys. Backspacing and lift brands do also make a difference. As well as the tire brand to its sizing.
