yeah me too. iv always woundered if that what work but dont know how it would with the new dual zone control
It would be a lot of work I'm sure. There is a thermometer that goes in the the headliner above the driver's head. the manual has two harnesses, one for the fan speed and the other for the rest. the automatic has one harness and it appears to control the selectors and fan speed differently. I have never looked into it but I have pulled many climate controls out.
Have you priced blend door actuators? Keep it manual.

the cabs of our trucks are small...i have a feeling the climates would blend anyway lol
set the temperature to make driver happy....tell everyone else to wear shorts or a jacket to keep themselves happy.
You're missing the point all 03+ with AC have dual zone. He was wanting to switch from manual controls to the auto temp digital controls.Quote:
