I looking to get a set of gears and I was wondering if anyone is running the GM 410's or 411's from Ron's Machine shop on ebay?
Are these gears any good? Do they whine?

Ron's is the best way to go Rob. He is great to deal with. Thats where i got my Tru Trac from.
yea I remembered you saying you got your posi from them and that their good people to deal with.
Everyone says that they got the best deals but the price seems too good to be true.
The price is right around where it should. It doesnt say if it comes with an installation kit and thats another 60-70 dlls.
the gears seem to whine aren't really the best. a guy around here had a set of rons 4.11s and put about 20000 miles on them and started eatin teeth off the ring gear.
ron's is definitely the place to go though...call him up and he'll make you a helluva deal on some nice motive gears
I got my Eaton posi from him and have put over 40k miles on it with no issues or noises! Great stuff.
yea I may just stick with motive, either way his prices seem really good.
I bought my 4.88's front and rear, both master rebuilds, and True Trac from Rons. Great customer service, good prices, and no issues out of their products whatsoever....
Not saying the diffs are bad just go with a motive gear or the yukons
