Looking into a few changes on my truck MAYBE even before SAR, Aside from swapping from a dry shot to a wet shot on the N2O in hopes of getting my AFR a bit undercontrol I am looking into buying a LQ9 around the end of December. It wont be anything special Basically just taking my cam and bolt-ons etc and adding it to the LQ9 during the swap. Hopefully will be a decent 50hp gain and a good bit more in the torque area * If those aspirations are a bit much someone inform me* So here is the question. Under the power of a 6.0 I dont figure my built 60e will hold together for long. But Im needing it to hold together long enough to get a built 80e (I figure it needs to last me about 4 months to be ready to swap the trans) So would a TCI deep pan and a good trans cooler be able to prolong the life long enough to make the swap AND when I am racing investing in a window switch for the n2o to keep it from spraying through shifts?
