Thats a good start. I'd say a little weight reduction and hooking good would get that close.

408 with 11.5:1 compression cam with a duration close to 240, lift close to .650, ported L92 heads, turbo 400 with 4000stall, dana 60 4.10's

L92s prefer big split cams.
